Education Specialist (Ed.S.), RTT practitioner, and
faith-based life coach helping women and families find hope, healing, and wholeness.
What exactly is Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)?
RTT helps you break free from old patterns, heal at the root, and step forward with the confidence and hope to live the life God intended for you.
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a hybrid approach developed by world-renowned therapist Marisa Peer, and perfected over 30 years. It combines the most effective principles of hypnotherapy, NLP, psychotherapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. With RTT, we can access the subconscious mind — the place where limiting beliefs, emotional blocks, and lifelong patterns are stored.
By uncovering and reprogramming these root causes, RTT helps create lasting freedom and healing. It doesn’t just address surface-level symptoms; it goes directly to the “why” behind struggles in relationships, family life, workplace dynamics, health, confidence, and more.
I combine RTT with faith-based life coaching and restorative practices to create a holistic experience of inner and outer healing. RTT provides the breakthrough at the subconscious level, while coaching and restorative practices help you integrate those changes into your daily life and relationships.
Unlike traditional talk therapy, which can take years, RTT often delivers meaningful results in just a few sessions. Many clients experience noticeable shifts after their very first session.
Why RTT?
-
The subconscious is formed largely before age 6.
-
Positive thinking alone rarely works, because the “tape” is still running in the subconscious.
-
RTT changes the tape — releasing old stories and replacing them with healing and truth.
-
Works for struggles in:
-
Relationships & family separation
-
Workplace dynamics (colleague conflict, stress)
-
Emotional well-being (anxiety, fear, low self-worth)
-
Health challenges
-
Confidence and identity
-
